Refund Policy

At Ohana International, LLC DBA Jump Up the Ladder, we have a clear and structured refund policy for our range of offerings, which includes eBooks, online courses, webinars, other digital products available for purchase, and the Job Search Accelerator program.

We may offer time-bound refunds for certain programs, and these will be explicitly stated on the respective program pages. If you, as our customer, request a refund in alignment with the stated terms and within the designated period, we shall process your refund promptly. Please note that the refund will be the amount paid minus any transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase, which may include credit card or PayPal fees, along with any other domestic or international processing charges.

Should there be an opportunity for a limited-time refund, please be aware that engaging with certain program components, such as online coaching, live group sessions, individual coaching, resume review services, or any other time-sensitive, live-support features, would render the refund policy inapplicable.

We also maintain a policy where refunds are not provided for any product that a customer has bought and returned previously.

For products where refunds are not applicable, clear notifications will be provided at the point of purchase. Statements such as “Given the fully digital access of this program, refunds are not available” or “You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but past charges are not subject to refunds” will be used to communicate these conditions.
